On the Graafschap College the students are working hard on the future. This Regional Training Center (roc) for Eastern Gelderland provides annual training for about 8,500 young people and adults.

Het Graafschap College trains people who can make an important contribution to current and future society. It supports the training of the social and cultural development of the region.

A group of students will go to Bosnie in may 2009 (graafschap4bosnie)  to Start building on a school there in the city of starj majdan (Here you can see how the school lookes like these days).

Besides the refurbishing of the school they will also organize activities for youth.

The preparation of this humanitarian project will be entirely by the students themselves (accompanied by teachers) organized

"We at the Christelijk College Schaersvoorde Aalten grade 4 are working on a project on Nature Chemistry, we have to build a vehicle that is energy efficient and good for the environment. The vehicle can reach a minimum speed of 40km per hour and it should be light in weight and be able to drive at least 50 km  with 1 full fuel, it must have at least 3 wheels and have 2 people in it and he must meet regulatory requirements for motors".
